“I bought this to listen to on a two and a half hour car ride with my three kids ages 8, 6 and 2. All three of them like the Wizard of Oz, but my two and half year old is obsessed with this movie and I was hoping this would keep her happy for at least part of the ride. This CD contains all the songs from the MGM movie and some instrumental scores as well. It also contains a couple of songs that must not have made the final cut into the movie.
There is a song called "The Jitterbug" which sounds like the four main characters singing about being afraid while walking through the forest. There is also a reprisal of "Ding Dong the Witch Is Dead" which sounds like it is being sung by the witch's guards after Dorothy melts the witch and takes her broomstick.” – Mother of Three
