“A beautiful title, a limited edition released almost quietly in 2003 and now the worthy reprint for one of the most esoteric and fascinating ensembles, founded by multi-instrumentalists Pierangelo Pandiscia and Gino Ape back in 1995, to which is added the violinist Giampaolo Verga and this occasion also the double bass of Stefano Nosari and the voices of Adriana Pulejo and Simona Barbera . Of the Enten Hitti many remember the sleeping concerts, scattered here and there along the peninsula, as well as sound installations, traveling concerts in caves and woods, recently frescoing the beautiful "De Musica" by Francesco Paladino with their instruments. Here they use the song form to weave a handful of ballads scented with ancestral folk and punctuated by discrete electronics, in a couple of pieces they use the words of Boris Vian: the pataphysics I wouldn't want to die, the poetic There is sun in the street . Elsewhere they revive melodies suspended between modal scales and sounds that smell of the arcane, of spiced woods and musk, as once happened with the Third Ear Band: the poignant oboe of Gino Ape, the contemplative strings of Pandiscia in the Slow Wind . Everything flows smoothly, between songs that often open gently like a casket full of secrets: House of thoughts with the accordion and the voice that reminds me of the distant atmospheres of Jenny Sorrenti with Saint Just. Several times “ To all the hurricanes that passed us by ”, has also manifested itself as a performance between literature and music, a nomadic space each time reinterpreted and improvised, as the ensemble tells us. Of course, they are just a few suggestions among the folds of their sounds, you will discover more for yourself along the path.” – Blow Up
