Father, Son and Holy Ghosts was the third Embryo album, originally released in 1972. On it you can hear them between their early Krautrock phase & their soon to be jazz/rock phase. Comes with a gigantic lp-sized booklet with many photos and reproductions of concert posters.

"From 1975 until 1978, Embryo played at the Vlotho ”Umsonst und draußen” festival every year. Their concert from July 1977 on the sports ground, figuring as festival site, in front of about 26,000 people was recorded professionally by Ulrich Wilkening, operating the soundboard.
The recording has been preserved till this day....
NOT the first reissue of this German title, but the first ever reissue from the master tapes and definitely sounding superior to all previous versions!
