Starting their life as a Yes cover band, Yesterdays is a Hungarian prog rock band. While you can certainly hear their Yes influence(s) [for me, especially in the guitarist’s sound/tone], I didn’t think that they came across as a copycat band.
This is their latest and is a live album.
“It was the last stop of our 2024 European Tour, we came back home to play one of the biggest Hungarian music festivals in Romania, the Hungarian Cultural Days of Cluj / Kolozsvár. A perfect Sunday evening, from 20:00 we had the chance to play our favorite songs. Our lead singer at the time couldn't make it to the gig, so in 12 days, our friend, András Karola did the impossible: jumped in to sing the lead vocals on this evening. The rest is history.”
