This Harmony - Leila Saida

This Harmony are a guitar, violin, bass and drums quartet from Italy and they were presented to me as a 'space rock' band, but really, what *I* hear is heavy elements of Boud Deun! I seriously doubt that they were influenced by Boud Deun or even heard of them, but there's the mixture and well done balance between the fusion influence and the jam band influence and the identical instrumentation, not to mention the fact that the bassist has a identical bass sound to Matt! I don't think it's as compositionally rigorous as Boud Deun were, but Boud Deun appeared, burned very brightly while giving a strong and unique take on progressive rock and are still missed well over a decade later by a decent number of people, including me. Conditionally highly recommended.
