"B612 is the new album of the Riccardo Romano Land project. Riccardo Romano is the keyboardist of the "RanestRane" group as well as the "Steve Rothery Band" and today presents his new solo composition.
It is a rock opera inspired by the book "The Little Prince" by Antoine De Saint-Exupéry. The songs follow the narrative thread of the novel, intertwining with the life of the French writer but telling through the musical suggestions and the lyrics also the story of the author of the album. Everything becomes a symbol and a metaphor to tell the same journey with different points of view.
Musically, there are points of contact with Peter Gabriel of Ovo or with Marillion di Brave, with references to the tradition of the most representative rock works, such as Jesus Christ Superstar.
The album makes use of the collaboration of many guests, including Steve Hogarth and Steve Rothery of Marillion."
