This is a hand-numbered, limited edition of 300 copies of a release that was previously released on CD by AltrOck.
This relatively young band from Normandy, France, makes their debut on disc here, with a record that has six tracks; three from new recordings by the current line-up of the group (drums/lead vocals, bass/vocals, guitar/vocals, alto & baritone sax/alto clarinet/flute/vocals, soprano sax/bassoon/vocals plus guests on percussion, lead vocals, flute, oboe, clarinet & horn) as well as three recordings by a similar line-up from their 2008 demo.
They call themselves "Garage Zeuhl", and that's a great description, although there's a lot of orchestrated reed ensembles, which maybe adds a Mont Campbell flair too. Anyway, this is pretty wonderful.
"The musicians offer an interesting and vivid mosaic of predominantly Canterbury, Zeuhl, Jazz, RIO, and (Kraut)Rock. Beside two guitars, bass, drum, percussion and thrown in sounds, two horn players bring lively colors on sax, bassoon, clarinet and flute in this complex mix. The two singers act in a more avant-garde way as for example Magma. People interested in above mentioned styles should have fun."
