Nice reissue of Popol Vuh's seventh album, which was used as the soundtrack to the Hertzog film and which includes a booklet of photos and more. This includes a bonus track (total time 7:16) that has never been heard before.
This features Florian Fricke on piano, the great Daniel Fichelsher on guitar and drums and Djong Yun on vocals.
How can such a low-key band be so cosmic? That question is one of the great wonders of the universe (and one of the great space-out/innerspace albums of all time).
