As my pal Ken said, they take the sound of the 70s, wipe the dirt off and polish and present it in a way that sounds fresh and not musty.
The most obvious comparison is to Beardfish, who also present a 70s kinda sound in a not 70s kinda way. A REALLY very good debut.
