This is the new-new version of ITCOTCK, newly remixed by Steven Wilson with lots and lots of new things.
The CD has a new stereo mix made from the original multi-track tapes as well as five previously unreleased bonus tracks from the same sessions or basic time period. .
The DVD has a lot of material: 5.1 mixes, the original mix taken from the 2004 remaster, the same bonus tracks as on the CD as well as a completely alternative version of the entire album made from yet again different alternate takes not on the CD (such as the smokin' trio version (Fripp, Giles, Lake) doing 21st Century Schizoid before the sax overdubs and vocals were added! Yowzah!.
There's also the only known footage of the band performing (very short, but still pretty great to see). .
There are lots of options for the audio playback in terms of sampling rates, etc. This has new notes by Robert Fripp and King Crimson expert Sid Smith. .
Even if you own this already (and everyone reading this probably does, there are so many bonuses here that I can feel pretty confident saying it's worth buying this version.
