One of the all-time classic, classic Krautrock albums! The first of two by guitarist Michael Rother (Neu!) & synthesists Hans Joachim Roedelius & Dieter Moebius (Cluster).
Extremely high quality instrumental melodic-yet-proto-industrial texture music for guitar, organ, synthesizer, piano & percussion. Highly, highly, personally recommended; one of my favorites of all time, along with its brother "Deluxe", which I like just a tad more, but in terms of 'hipster factor', I can see that this one has had more influence on the music of today; I can not recommend this highly enough!
Now, here’s the ultimate hipster twist. This is the original album + an album of remixes that absolutely no one wants. No one. Trust me. But the album is unavailable on CD any other way, and it’s inexpensive enough this way (same as it was on its own), so sure! Bring it on, I guess!
