Friedrich Gulda was an Austrian pianist well known for his performances of modern classical works. He additionally was very interested in jazz and made a number of unique jazz-inspired works. This live 1971 recording includes Friedrich and second pianist Fritz Pauer both on electric and acoustic pianos, plus drummer Klaus Weiss. It's a cross between aspects of jazz, fusion and contemporary music. [MPS]
