Considering that there is one track from 1972 (John Lennon doing Imagine) this is sort of not truth in advertising. Other than the Lennon clip, this is a bunch of black and white TV appearances (40' or so) in pretty good shape (some great, some ok, but all watchable/enjoyable) from 1964 and 1965 of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones (a fantastic "Not Fade Away"), The Yardbirds, The Animals, The Moody Blues, The Zombies, The Searchers and Herman's Hermits. A fun trip down memory lane from a time when rock and roll and television did not coexist very comfortably at all...
