"The thirty fifth anniversary concert was a concert that found the band celebrating the recording of the landmark album Phaedra. The concert which was filmed on the 11th of June 2005 was performed in front of a sell out audience and featured material from Phaedra alongside newer more recent material. The band which features Edgar Froese, Thorsten Quaeschning, Linda Spa, Jerome Froese and Iris Camaa were filmed and recorded for this landmark concert and perform many pieces from the bands lengthy career including Phaedra 2005, Rubycon Pt.1, Force Majeure, Logos and a cover of the Jimi Hendrix classic Purple Haze."

I disagree that this is "painfull" to watch....just a bit goofy. But the set list surely makes up for the strange idea that the band used for staging this "celebration". The show starts with Edgar playing piano alone for 3 or so minutes(acting as though he's wiping it at first to start playing!),...then as the show proceeds more and more is added to the lighting and performance ,so bear with it and it's quite a good show. Yes,for the first half the guys have their backs to you. But what could you expect as far as "show-y-ness" when you are strapped to you equipment for the performance? You've got to be realistic when buying something like this. Besides maybe the "hot chick" drummer(Iris Camaa) ,and sax player(Linda Spa) can make some of you a bit more "entertained" visually? Ha! Great set list ...and that's a very cool thing. The best TD video I've seen....except for a very early one I saw of them playing for a few minutes on a hill beside a lake with a generator for power. Sure wish I could see some early 1970's footage where all you see is "Lazerium"!

Good to great music, but watching three guys sit in front of computers??? Painful.
