“The return of a fundamental band to the panorama of Italian progressive rock!
Active initially between 80 and 90s, the new era published in that first phase of their career four albums still considered unmissable for progressive rock enthusiasts from the Belpaese ... and not only! Back after several years with a completely sung disc in English, the new era further 'sharpens the blades' for the realization of what is perhaps their most ambitious album ever, again sung in Italian.
"20,000 leagues under the seas", in fact, openly inspired by the literary masterpiece of the same name of Jules Verne, consists of a single long suite of almost 40 minutes - divided into two acts in the LP version - which constitutes a sort of sum of all this which has always represented Italian progressive rock, musical genre often used to describe the complexity and variety of the human soul, thanks to continuous and unpredictable harmonic changes, Rhythms and melodic, all intimately linked by a single common thread. It was not for some more 'current' ideas than electric guitar and keyboards, "20,000 leagues under the seas" could very well be mistaken for one of the large symphonic prog albums published in the early 70s!
This version in CD format Digipack also contains another long song composed of the keyboardist Walter Pini at the age of 17 and remained unpublished so far, "Nautilus", which not surprisingly bears the same name as the legendary submarine as Captain Nemo. A return as unexpected as it is surprising with a truly unmissable record!”
