Named for Peter Hammill lp #7, of course, except it wasn't album #7 - it was album #8 (unless you consider Nadir's Big Chance to not be a PH album...). This very good 1979 album has Peter absorbing some lessons learned from punk and DIY, as well as some cool mucking about with cheap electronics and drum machines. He sure was on a roll in the 70's and it didn't end here! Two great, stripped down John Peel tracks are the bonus songs and this again has great liner notes by Peter.
