The first of three album by this French fusion band, honestly, this is the least impressive of the three, but it's still nice to have it out, and this bodes well for the eventual reissue of the others! Typically nice Musea reissue with rare photos, a band history, and three tracks from the band's 1976 demo tape! "Formed by Mimi Lorenzini (ex-Triange, guitars and vocals), and Ann Ballester (keyboards and vocals), Edition Speciale produced a rather technical and lyrical progressive Jazz-Rock, not unlike Brand X or Return To Forever. With keyboards and vocals on the foreground, and a very dynamic rhythm section sometimes even funky, Alle des tilleuls, initially released in 1976 by United Artists, offers an attractive and impressive music...a great album..."
