Tremendously excellent and nostalgically evocative debut release from a Swedish psychedelic quartet, who musically harken back to the glory days of early Pink Floyd between 1968-1971, with a very Swedish, folky/deep woods/open vibe pervading as well. The band is: Mikaela Eriksson-vocals, William Friman-guitar, piano, organ, Max Karlstrom-bass, vocals, organ, harmonica, synths, Claes Mikael Svensson-drums, percussion, vocals. This totally and completely hits the nail they are aiming for and is much better imo than the typical 'retro-inspired' proggy thing; maybe it's the spaciousness. No matter how you slice it, it's really excellent. Highly recommended.
